I’ll start with today and work backwards.
For the last two years I have been the Executive Creative Director and Head of Creative Operations at Meaningful Gigs—a startup that helps top US brands solve their creative challenges through a decentralized workforce and AI tools. I oversee a community of 200+ global creatives and work with brands like Google, Amazon, Kenvue, GitLab, Indeed, Justworks, SnapChat, and Logitech to get high quality creative work done faster.
Before Meaningful Gigs, I was a founding creative lead for Allstate's first internal agency. In my three years at Allstate I led creative, partnered with marketing teams to deliver results-driven work, managed workflows, and maintained the brand's creative health.
My background is in big brand thinking and storytelling and the first 14 years of my career were spent at agencies in Chicago and New York, building famous brands like BMW, Puma, Rolex, MillerCoors, Porsche, and Nintendo. In that time I built teams, worked closely with clients and excelled in the operational process of creating smart, modern, relevant work—from Super Bowl spots to social activations to interactive experiences.
The past 19 years have required me to leverage startup ingenuity, deep creative understanding, operational knowledge and the ability to work alongside founders, stakeholders and marketing partners to get the best creative work done possible.
I love figuring out the puzzle and the craft that goes into creating work that solves a business problem or communicates an initiative or just makes people feel something. I love the day to day challenge of bringing brands to life for people to see, experience and interact with.
