I’ll start with today and work backwards.
I’m a creative writer, leader, and maker with 20 years of experience—available for independent creative work in a variety of capacities.
Most recently, I was Executive Creative Director and Head of Creative Operations at Meaningful Gigs, a mission-oriented startup that connected a global network of creatives to top U.S. brands. I oversaw a community of 200+ creatives and leveraged AI tools to solve challenges for companies including Google, Amazon, Kenvue, GitLab, Indeed, Justworks, Snapchat, and Logitech.
Before that, I was a founding member of Allstate’s first in-house agency. Over three years I grew and led teams, worked closely with marketing partners to deliver effective campaigns, and kept the brand’s creative voice, tone experience consistent across channels.
To begin my career, I spent 14 years at agencies in Chicago and New York creating work for some of the world’s most recognizable brands—BMW, Puma, Rolex, MillerCoors, Porsche, and Nintendo. From Super Bowl spots to social activations to interactive experiences, I was part of building campaigns that were smart, modern, and culturally relevant.
Through all of this, I’ve learned how to blend startup ingenuity with deep creative expertise and operational know-how. I understand how to partner with founders, stakeholders, and marketing leaders to solve creative challenges.
I love figuring out the puzzle and enjoy the craft that goes into creating work that solves a business problem, communicates a message, or simply makes people feel something. I love the day-to-day challenge of bringing brands to life in ways people can see, experience, and interact with.
